I spent a few hours today looking for a mod/trainer that would slow down the time in the game. All mods that I found either didn't slow it down (instead allowing you to push the time back/forward), or the mod didn't work with the current version). So instead, I used Cheat Engine (an address editing program) to find the value and modify it myself. For those of you interested, the address (I assume it's the same for all computers) is 00D50D00.The value is set to 12 initially, which makes the game take 6 hours real time to play. The lower you set the number, the long the game takes. The equation is 72 / = real time hours.Enjoy. Originally posted by:can i get in trouble with steam if i use cheatengine to enhance the game for myself in singleplayer only? It's inadvisable to use it for multiplayer games, since many of them have protection against cheating. However, for single player games, go to town.As for the list of address of other things to change (such as item damage and durability), you'll have to use the search function for that. The best was of doing it in this circumstance is to equip an item, search for a value that should be in the range you want to change (such as durability between 10 and 100), use the item (lowering the items durability in the process), then search again (within the search results) for a lowered value.
Dead rising 2 ultimate trainer Unlimited Health, Ammo, Add Money, Add Zombie Kills, Max Attack, Speed, Life Slots, Item Stock, Throw Distance, Give Zombrex, Add PP Points, Increase/Decrease Level, Durable Weapons, Move Time of Day Forward/Backwards, Carnage Mode, Disable Zombie Grappling, Unlock All Doors and Vehicles, Unlimited Survivor Health. Made exclusively for Cheat Happens.
Rinse and repeat until you get what you want. There's also a lot of help using CheatEngine online, as well as address locations for a variety of games. Happy cheating. One reason I haven't gotten back to DR2 since the move to steam from the old GFWL version was that the old trainers wouldn't work on it and one thing I despise in this game, despite it being fun, is the time limit. Five seconds = 1 minute in-game is way too short. Thanks again for the address Lord!
